- VALUATION DAY. This is a big day. I’m delighted to have this opportunity and that you’re considering selling your home with me. So, rest assured I will do my homework. I’ll arrive knowing exactly what’s currently on the market in the same area, and have details on any local comparable properties too. Once you’ve given me the full guided tour of the house, we can go through everything together and come up with your valuation figure.
- HOME STAGING REVIEW. Before we take any photos or do any filming, let’s make sure the house looks its best. I’ll advise on simple, practical ways to overcome any potential negatives that buyers might see and how to highlight all the property’s positives. Adding a touch of home-staging magic can work wonders and is a lot cheaper than having to accept price reductions a few weeks down the line.
- A TAILORED MARKETING PACKAGE. Creative and imaginative presentation of your home, its surroundings and the lifestyle it could offer potential buyers. We will use video footage and lifestyle images wherever we can to present your property at its best on Rightmove and all the major property portals, plus social media too.
- REGULAR MARKETING REVIEWS & REFRESHERS. And with all this activity going on, we’ll review and discuss your Rightmove activity stats every week. We can adjust your marketing as we need to. New pictures, fresh posts, different angles. Whatever it takes to keep interest high.
- VIEWINGS. I’ll do your viewings. I’ll know your house, and I know my buyers. This means I’ll know exactly how and why your property potentially matches the buyer I’m bringing through the door, and therefore the best way to show them around. That’s my job. And, I’ll report back too so you know exactly what people thought.
- PERSONAL SERVICE. I have limited availability. I only take on a limited number of properties – ensuring you get the service and attention you deserve. This is a one-to-one estate agency service. I’m here to look after you from our first point of contact to the BIG day – when that removals truck pulls up on the drive. We’ll be on this moving journey together
AFTER SALES
Everyone knows moving house can be super stressful. Managing the conveyancing process is all part of the job for me. I’ve moved house many times so I’ve been there too! I’ll do as much chasing, chasing, and chasing as I can to keep things moving, keep you in the loop and get the JOB DONE. We both want to see that removals lorry rocking up on your drive…!

And, if you find yourself under offer but haven’t found your next home yet – I can help with that too! I’m more than happy to do some homefinding for you, even if it means knocking on doors and leaflet dropping certain areas or streets. You can even specify individual property addresses! It’s not a problem, I’m more than happy to do that.
